Tell me about the print quality.
We're picky about this. Our art is printed on museum-quality, archival, acid-free matte paper that feels substantial and makes the colors pop. The result is a brilliant print that will stand the test of time, just like the art itself. All art printed is at a minimum of 300 DPI for maximum possible clarity, contrast, and quality.
How long does it take to get my order?
Good things take time. Because every single piece is custom-printed just for you when you order it, it takes a little longer than just grabbing something off a shelf. Expect about 2-5 business days for us to print and prep your art, plus another 3-4 business days for shipping. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as it's in the mail.
What about the frames?
Our frames are sleek, modern, and made from solid wood. They come with a crystal-clear acrylic front piece to protect your art. Best of all? Your art will arrive framed and ready to hang right out of the box.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Ugh, that’s the worst. While it's rare, sometimes the shipping journey gets a little rough. If your art arrives with any damage, don't worry. Just snap a few clear photos of the damage (including the packaging!) and email them to us at goodartco@proton.me within 14 days of delivery. We'll get a replacement sent out to you ASAP.
Can I return my print if I just don't like it?
Because every piece is custom-printed on demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges for reasons like choosing the wrong size or having a change of heart. We highly recommend double-checking your measurements and looking at our product photos carefully before ordering! If you have any issues with quality, though, see the question above—we'll always make it right.
