The Journey from Our Studio to Your Wall

Your art isn't sitting in a dusty warehouse. Each piece is made-to-order, just for you. This process involves two key stages:

Fulfillment (2-5 Business Days): This is where the magic happens. Your chosen artwork is custom-printed and, if you ordered a frame, carefully mounted by our expert fulfillment partners.

Shipping (3-4 Business Days): Once your print is ready and has passed our quality check, it's packaged up securely and sent on its way to you.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the studio. 

Please note: these timelines are estimates, not guarantees. While we work hard to get your art to you quickly, holidays and high order volumes can sometimes cause minor delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Your happiness with our art is our top priority. Here's how we handle any issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge. Please email us at goodartco@proton.me within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A quick description of the issue

Cancellations & Changes:
Because our process is automated for speed, your order goes into production shortly after it's placed. We can't guarantee cancellations or changes, but if you contact us immediately at [Your Support Email], we'll do our best to catch it in time.

General Returns & Exchanges:
As every single product is custom-printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or color discrepancies due to screen settings. We encourage you to use a tape measure and carefully review your cart before completing your purchase.
